When should I enroll an employee to start the First 52?
Ideally, enroll your Employee when they call into work or when they tell you they will be utilizing their Bereavement Employee Benefit. The program follows a year... Week 1 is within the first month after a loss and will go through the anniversary of death. There are only a few points when time is noted within the program.
How long does the employee have access to the First 52?
After you receive all the emails, your Employee has lifetime access to the online lessons.. Emails mirror the online lessons and become available at the same time. This becomes flexible in that if email isn't available, the online program is accessible. Because each loss is different, topics become relevant again or another loss occurs. Employees can always go back through the program as needed.
Is there a contract to sign?
No. There is no contract to sign. You choose to enroll an Employee by purchasing enrollments one at a time or you may choose to purchase multiple enrollments with a 5-10% discount. You choose when and which Employees to enroll.
How do I do multiple enrollments?
First, complete an Employee Wellness Inquiry Form. Then, we will discuss your organizations needs. Once payment is received for your desired number of enrollments, you will receive coupon codes to use when enrolling each Employee. Once enrolled, emails will automatically begin to be sent to your Employee.
Is there marketing information or advertising within your programs?
Links to resources or useful information is within the program. There is no need to purchase beyond this program. Chartreuse Center does not have Affiliate Relationships with any resource within the program. There is no sidebar advertising. Your Employee will receive a discount code at the end of the program for other Chartreuse Center Courses with which they may be interested. Email communication is regarding this program. Your Employee's information is kept private and for their use of Chartreuse Center Programs.
